E-Learning makes the high quality training and professional development opportunities we've always provided more convenient and accessible to our many providers!

Our courses are developed by seasoned Oakland 4C trainers.  They are designed to meet the needs of the providers and caregivers we serve.  Unlike other web-based early childhood professional development opportunities, Oakland 4C E-Learning courses offer an active learning experience, allowing you directo communication with your instructor and peers.

E-Learning requires the ability to read and comprehend written material, provide written responses to topic discussions and assignments, and some basic computer skills.
